Houses

Houses

The Houses page allows you to view, rent, and manage homes in Inner World.

This system is used to find available homes, view rental information, manage guests, and configure room access permissions.

How to Access

You can access the Houses system in two ways:

  1. Through the Adventurer's Book, under the Houses option.
  2. By interacting directly with the main door of a house.

When you open the page, the system shows your current house, if you already have one. If you don't have a house, it may show a nearby house or allow you to browse the property market.

Real Estate Market

In the Market, you can browse the available cities and see the list of houses in each one.

Each house appears with its status:

  1. Available: can be rented
  2. Rented: already temporarily belongs to another character

When selecting a house, you will be able to see details such as:

  1. House name.
  2. Address.
  3. Monthly rent.
  4. Current owner, if already rented.
  5. Next payment date, if occupied.

Renting a House

To rent a house, you need:

  1. Not to own another house.
  2. The house must be available.
  3. You must have sufficient money in the bank.

Upon confirming the rental, the amount is deducted from your account balance and the house becomes yours.

Rent is monthly, and the next payment date will be displayed on the house's page.

Monthly Payment

The system automatically checks for overdue rent.

If there is sufficient money in the bank, the rent amount is charged and the next payment date is renewed.

If there is insufficient balance, the character may lose the house. In that case, the house will be released for rent again.

When Losing or Leaving a House

If you leave the house voluntarily, or if the rent cannot be paid, the house undergoes a cleaning process.

Everything customized by the owner will be saved before the house returns to its original state.

Items, custom blocks, and changes made to the house are recovered and sent to the owner's Inbox whenever possible.

After that:

  1. The rent is removed.
  2. The house no longer belongs to the character.
  3. Guests are removed.
  4. Door permissions are deleted.
  5. Room owners are cleared.
  6. Rooms return to private status.
  7. The house structure is restored to be available again.

This action requires confirmation when done manually by the owner.

Managing Guests

The homeowner can add or remove guests.

Guests are characters authorized to have some type of access to the house, depending on the permissions configured for doors and rooms.

When a guest is removed, their permissions to access the house doors are also removed.

Managing Doors and Rooms

The homeowner can manage interior doors and rooms.

Each room can be:

  1. Public: accessible according to house rules.
  2. Private: with access controlled by permissions.

It is also possible to set specific permissions for guests on each door.

Some rooms may have their own owner. In this case, the room owner can also manage that door, even if they are not the main homeowner.

Room Owner

The main owner of the house can assign a room to a guest.

When a room is owned, that character gains control over that specific room.

It is also possible to leave the room unowned again. When doing so, the permissions for that door are removed.
